Skyward Password Reset Request Procedure

Please take a moment to review the procedures to reset passwords for the specific applications within Skyward.

 

Skyward Employee Access

If staff need their Employee Access password or username, please have them email "" in the district's Email program.  This email will automatically go to the appropriate personnel in the Payroll Office who will send a reply.

Skyward Finance

Staff who need their Finance password reset will need to email "Skyward Finance" in the district's email program.  This email will automatically go to the appropriate personnel in the Business Office who will send a reply.

Skyward Family Access

Those employees who have students in the district who need their Family Access username and/or password will need to contact the campus at which their students attends and ask for the Family Access Campus Contact.

Skyward Student Admin./Gradebook

Staff can take care of their own password reset requests for Skyward Student Admin. and Gradebook by using the link on the main logon screen "Forgot your Login/Password?".  The system will prompt for their email address.  Once they enter their email address, a link will be sent to their Inbox which will walk them through the process of resetting their password.  If they get a message about no email address in the system for that user, they must contact their campus Skyward Contact.
